About Kia Seltos facelift

Kia Seltos facelift is a mid-size compact SUV. It is based on the k2 platform which is also used in other models like Carens and Sonet. In terms of design, the new Kia Seltos Facelift gets a new design profile with sharper elements.

Outside, the Seltos facelift includes a new grille, a new bumper with skid plates, and stylish alloys. Meanwhile. The SUV also gets connected LED taillights with a light bar and a new rear bumper with reflectors.

Engine and Transmission Options

The new Kia Seltos facelift is available with 3 engines and 5 different transmission options. The main highlight of the new Kia Seltos is the new 1.5L 4-cylinder turbocharged T-GDi petrol engine.

The new turbo petrol engine produces 160hp and 253nm of output. Meanwhile, Kia also offers 1.5L VTVT petrol and CRDi diesel engines. While the VTVT petrol makes 114hp and 144nm, the CRDi diesel makes 114hp and 250nm of output.

In terms of the gearbox, the 1.5L VTVT is available with a 6-speed manual and CVT automatic transmission. However, the 1.5L CRDi is available with a 6-Speed IMT and 6-Speed Automatic Transmission. The new T-GDi will be offered with 6-speed IMT and 7-speed DCT gearbox options only.
