One of the legendary bike makers, Triumph is geared up for organizing the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride program. This program seeks the participation of riders from various parts of the country. This will be the 10th edition of the riding program across 30+ cities in India.

About the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride program

In 2014, Triumph teamed up with the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) to become the official motorcycle partner. Their goal was to raise awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health. Moreover, this program encourages the riders to raise more funds for these important causes.

To motivate riders, Triumph offered exciting rewards like a limited edition of Bonneville T120 motorcycles and classic gears to fundraisers. Now, the DGR has grown to include over 950 rides around the world, making a positive impact in their communities.

About last DGR and Bajaj’s takeover

The previous edition of the DGR 2022 was hosted in over 121 countries and 804 cities. Since its inception, it has witnessed participation by 3,40,000 classic riders. This results in a huge collection of $37.5 million and increased awareness about prostate cancer research and mental health issues.

Bajaj & Triumph Motorcycles Ltd have completed the successful transfer of Triumph’s India Sales & Marketing operations to Bajaj Auto. The new range of mid-sized Triumph motorcycles will be jointly developed by both companies. And these will be produced in Bajaj’s Chakan plant and is due for launch in June 2023.
