Defining Activities in Project Management ( PMP ) is the process of writing down and identifying the specific tasks that need to be done to finish the job by creating milestone and Activity list and add activity definition . People can meet in person, online, in a structured setting, or informally. Team members or experts in the field may get together to plan out the tasks that need to be done to finish the job.

A milestone is an important event or point in a project. A milestone list in project management shows all the important steps in a project and says whether each one is needed by law or just happens because it’s what happened in the past. Milestones are important events or points in time, so they don’t have a length.

Change Requests

If you break down the project into tasks based on deliverables, you may find work that wasn’t in the initial project baselines. This could lead to a desire for change. The Perform Integrated Change Control method takes change requests and reviews and decides what to do with them.
