What is the TubeBuddy Video Topic Planner

There are a million different ways how to organize and structure your video ideas.

I, personally, use ClickUp and Workflowy for my content creation process.

But if you’re looking for something simple that allows you to take notes at your computer and on the go, then have a look at TubeBuddy’s Video Topic Planner.

How to plan a video with TubeBuddy

Go to YouTube Studio and open the TubeBuddy Quick Links Menu at the top. Under Extension Tools, select Video Topic Planner.

In the title field, you can add a preliminary title.

Under notes, add a detailed outline of each idea.

Once you turned your idea into reality, just check the “Video completed” checkbox to make sure that you don’t accidentally record the same video twice… 😉

Next steps

I recommend using more advanced tools such as ClickUp and Workflowy to plan out your videos, especially if you want to put out new videos regularly.

But if you’re on the go and don’t have access to your favorite tools, other than your phone, then certainly, use the TubeBuddy Video Topic Planner.
