My name is Meagan and I am thrilled to join the Blogging Community to share my experiences and learn from all of you.

Since this is my first post, I thought I’d introduce myself and shed light on my professional experiences.

I currently reside in the Boston area, and started my career at a content Marketing agency. There, I was managing social media and content strategies for B2B and B2C clients ranging from start-up businesses to Fortune 1000 organizations.

During my agency years, I had the opportunity to work with clients across many different industries – retail, commerce, financial services, legal, healthcare, technology and more. While I loved the diversity of the organizations I worked with, the technology market called to me. I later joined a software as a service (SaaS) company focused on collaboration. At this company, I oversaw global social media, editorial and corporate communications programs and worked very closely with digital marketing, field marketing, product marketing and sales on awareness, engagement, thought leadership and demand generation campaigns. Currently, I do product marketing for a digital experience management company headquartered in Boston, leading social and storytelling initiatives across all of our products.

I love the fast-paced, competitive nature of the tech industry and creative world of marketing. I look forward to sharing best practices and trends, and hearing your insights as well.
