First off let me say that I have these bags in every color. There isn't to many products that I have tested, that I have gone out and gotten multiples of. This is one of them. I have like 8 different one's and in all different colors.
On top of being a product reviewer, I am also a bit of a Doom's Day Prepper. So I am reviewing this bag from 3 different aspects. As a prepper, as a reviewer, and as a consumer.
So reviewing this bag as the above mentioned, this bag is pretty awesome. It has a volume of 20 liters which is roughly about 5 gallons. You can pack a ton of clothes into it if you roll them. I wear 5xl-7xl shirts, and a size 48-52 pants. I am able to get 4 shirts, 2 pants, 4 socks, and 5 underwear in this. In another bag I have 10 cans of beans, tomato sauce, and tuna lining the bottom. 6 boxes of spaghetti, 2 bags of oatmeal, a can opener, a mess kit (camping dishes) a spatula, knife, fork, spoon, a propane pocket stove, and a small first aid kit. And in another I have it filled to the brim with first aid stuff.
The material is a high grade acrylic canvas, kind of what a life raft would be made out of. And the strap keeps it in a comfortable carrying position that can fit under the arm or across the back. The buckles are heavy duty abs plastic, like those found on a hiking pack, or gym bag. I am really impressed by the amount of stuff you can hold in one of these.
They are amazing for camping, or bug out bags, or even if you are away at college and need to use it as a hamper/laundry bag, you could get maybe 2 loads of laundry in one.
