Whether in public or in a private message, negativity online can be troublesome, but the most difficult part is the decision itself of how to address this unfortunate occurrence with a response.
The main rule of the moderator (or the person responsible of addressing such negativity on a page or a forum) is:
No subscriber activity should be ignored. This includes the negative activity.
For the purpose of this article, we can divide all negative reviews into three types:
