Event Vendor Contract

Vendor Table with access to the event plus two complimentary tickets.
- Vendors tables and chairs will be provided by event staff.
- All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the events.
- Event runs from doors open at 6:00pm till 10:00pm
- Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
- We reserve the right to censor any booth.
REGISTRATION:
Completed vendor forms and fees must be submitted no later than January 8th 2018 for inclusion on the promotional flyers and material for the event.
