I am looking for an online seller/marketer whom I can entrust our online Business to.

My dad is a serial entrepreneur, and he recently started another business. I may not necessarily agree with his decision to open a new business, but as a son I think I need to give him a hand. He has been asking for my help number of times, but I cannot really commit because I am tied with my own thing.

Most of my time is spent on our Online Business selling athletic wears at Lazada, Facebook, and Instagram. That’s where bulk of my monthly cash flow comes from so I need to keep it going while taking care of another. This will only possible if I can find someone with entrepreneurial mindset to pilot the online business on my behalf.

Job Description

The person will function as an online seller/marketer of 361 Degrees Philippines. He/she can work full-time or part-time as compensation will be performance based. He/she can work at our office, or their home – as long as they have the necessary equipment to run the business. However I will require a regular meeting. His/her responsibilities includes:

• Take pictures and upload new items to the online store.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Compose, design, layout social media posts.
• Manage online store, website, and social media accounts.
• Develop new online sales channels.
• Coordinate with Lazada, other online stores, and our warehouse.

He/she will be assisted by one of our staff to pack the orders for delivery.

Qualifications

These are non-negotiable.

• Trustworthy
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Customer oriented
• Can work with Photoshop, or similar programs.
• Well versed in social media and online marketing/selling.

Advantage

These qualities are not required but is an advantage.

• Knowledge on Lazada Seller Center.
• Experience
• Have their own equipment: Laptop, Camera, etc.
• Copywriting skill
