Agar hum gham ko dur na ker sakay toh woh ek bemari ki tarah hume tabah kersakta hai. Is hi liye bohat zaruri k hum apne ghamo ko bhool ker zindagi mein Allah ki nemato ki shukarguzari karain takeh hum zindagi mein khush reh sakain. Ghamo se nijat k liye yeh wazifah parhna bhi bohat mufeed hai
Surat Yaseen ayat no: 58 ko parhna bht mufeed hai ghamon se nijat k liye.

Wazifa to secure from sorrows:
When sadness dwells over the mind and heart of a person, he/she feels really hard to live his/her life. That is why it is really important for us to forget our sadness by thanking Allah for all the blessings He has given us in life so that we can become happy. In order to get rid of sadness, you should recite the following verses:
To secure yourself from sorrows recite ayat no: 58 surat Yaseen.
