A destination wedding is an opportunity for couples to celebrate their marriage at a gorgeous destination of their choosing away from home.
 India is filled with wonderful and beautiful places where a couple can tie their knot. Each place has it's own uniqueness, culture and beauty.

1) GOA

Goa has beaches. And ancient churches. And alcohol. Goa is the perfect place if you are looking to have a beach wedding. Or if you want to walk down the aisle in a huge church. Price wise, a destination wedding in Goa is a bit costly. But at the end of the day it all depends on you. If you plan to through a big fat wedding then be prepared to shell out atleast 50 lakhs for your wedding. But if you want to have a simple ceremony with a limited number guests then it won't cost you much. It is advised to hire a wedding planner from Goa itself as he would know the corner corners of the state and would be able to get you the best things within your budget.

Udaipur is a small city in the western Indian state of Rajasthan, formerly the capital of the Rajput kingdom of Mewar. Udaipur is filled with royalty. It has huge palaces covered with royal history. For those planning to get married like royalty, Fort Jadhavgadh presents one of the most stunning wedding venues near Mumbai. The story of Fort Jadhavgadh starts from the man who himself was as strong in mind and body as the stone structure he created. Pilaji Jadhavrao was the Maratha General in the army of Chhatrapati Shahuji. In 1707, Chhatrapati Shahuji, the grandson of the great Chhatrapati Shivaji, was released after 21 years of imprisonment by the Mughal ruler Shahjahan. The fort is now converted into a hotel. But the royal treatment and experience remains the same. Hosting a wedding here can be a very costly matter. Agra doesn't need any introduction. Home to the symbol of love, the Taj Mahal, it is only fit to tie the knot in a place which is known all over the world. No other place could be more apt than Agra which bears the echoes of the undying and passionate love between the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal. If you are planning to get married around Taj Mahal remember you will need to take a lot of permission from authorities.
