But Indian scenario is a bit different. Engagement ceremony is one such ceremony which marks the beginning of the wedding concord. It is also known as the sagai ceremony or ring ceremony. It is one of the first ceremonies that takes place between the two families and the would-be bride and groom.

If you are invited to an engagement ceremony, here is how you can rock your look:

Saree

Saree is a solution to every dressing problem. Draping a saree isn’t difficult. For engagement parties, a simple saree with vibrant colors is the perfect catch. Other than the immediate family members of the bride-groom, no one else usually wears heavy saree’s.
