How about a hen party in Brighton?

If anyone is thinking of having their Hen Party in Brighton, I can assure you that you will have a weekend to remember! I lived in Brighton for three years whilst ‘studying’ at the University back in 2008. On my first visit down, I stepped off the train to a view of the sea and instantly knew that I would always call it home. There is so much to see and do there that I am positive you will come away wishing that you had longer to stay!

Brighton is known for its traditional Victorian seafront with mint green barriers, the infamous Brighton Pier and its pebble beach, that now welcomes visitors from all over the world every year! If you feel that you can’t visit a city without seeing even a smidge of culture, there is plenty of History to see at the Royal Pavilion. Built for the Prince Regent, later King George IV between 1787 and 1823, you can have a sneak peek at the extravagant interiors then relax in the beautiful gardens. Walk just a couple of minutes to Brighton’s iconic Pier, where you are welcomed by a traditional British seaside, with the smell of naughty food and the sounds of the rides and arcades. Join me and the hundreds of thousands of visitors who have taken photographs behind the buff lifeguard boards and have spent lots of money buying delicious naughty treats then making ourselves feel woozy on the rickety rides. For any hens looking for a thrill on your hen party in Brighton, check out Brighton from the heights of the Booster!

If you’re heading down to this wonderful town in the summer months, you will see the blanket of people sunning themselves on the pebble beach. You will be engulfed in the buzz of the atmosphere as you walk along the seafront. The bars and shops spill out from under the promenade, playing music and offering delicious fish and chips to take onto the beach. If you’re heading down in the winter months you will appreciate how Beautiful Brighton is at night. The South Lanes are lit up like something out of a fairy tale. Wrap up warm and walk along the brightly lit Pier and indulge in a cheeky cup of coco whilst darting into shops to get those must have souvenirs.

Brighton is known for its relaxed and slightly quirky atmosphere, which is obvious when you take a walk down the North Laines. The further up the Laines you walk, the narrower and more unusual the shops are. If the weather is nice, the roads are filled with people and tables from surrounding cafes, offering scrumptious food to and a chance to recoup in the sun after a hard days shop! In the South Lanes you will find the designer brands, the decadent little sweet and cake shops, beautiful restaurants and plenty of pubs and bars. At the top of North Road there is Churchill Square, where you will find your Tophops, H & M and Urban Outfitters! So whatever your tastes you will be able to find that perfect outfit for your big night ahead!

Brighton’s nightlife is second to none and there are plenty of bars and clubs to choose from. West Street is where you will find the majority of your popular bars and clubs, including Brighton’s shot bar. Test your fate at the shot wheel and you may be lucky with a Squashed Frog or cursing its name in the morning after a Head Banger! The majority of Brighton’s nightlife runs down from North Street towards the sea, so head down the nooks and crannies of the South Lanes to find the real treasures, but watch out for those cobbles in your heels! Once you’re feet are past the stage of hurting and you are ready to party hard, some of Brighton’s best clubs can be found under the promenade on the beach. Each club is completely different and you can’t help but hear a sneak preview of the music they play as the beats can be heard along the front. Once the party is over and you are satisfied that you have danced the night away, you will have earned yourself a ‘gormet’ meal. I would recommend a true Brighton treasure, it may not look the nicest but it has helped me out on several occasions, the 24 hour sit down restaurant! Located on the promenade, this is the perfect place for you and your buddies to go for a sit down meal. They do it all, whether you would like your standard chips and cheese, a full on fry up or Sunday roast, you and the girls will definitely leave that place completely satisfied and ready for your day of activities ahead!
