Earlier this week I introduced you to our Party Planners and what they do for our hen party groups, so now you’ve put the name to face with our Party Planners, it’s time for you to meet our Party Organisers. So, what happens after I’ve booked my hen party package? Once you’ve made your booking with our Party Planners, you will then be passed over to one of our lovely Party Organisers for the rest of your booking. They will be your point of contact if you have any questions or queries or need any help. This can be absolutely anything related to your hen party; don’t be afraid to ask questions no matter how small they may seem because you’ll just end up worrying about it. The girls will book all of your hotels and hen party activities and discuss all of your timings to make sure they are perfect for your group. Once everyone in your party has paid they then pay all of your venues. Our Party Organisers will be the people that you will send over all your information to, such as final numbers, rooming lists and any special requirements for your group. A few weeks before your hen weekend our Party Organisers will create a personalised hen party itinerary containing all the information you need to ensure your weekend is perfect. This will detail all of the addresses, telephone phone numbers and timings for everything you booked with us. How much easier is it for us to do all of it for you instead of you remembering all of the information yourself?! After your hen party we love to hear about how your weekend went and how much you loved your hen party package so our Party Organiser will be the people that you pass your feedback to. |

Jo is one of the most organised people you will ever meet! She has a very keen eye for detail and will not miss anything! She has been with UKGirlThing for many years and so her level of expertise is fairly high! |
