When David called in to sick to work one day to go on a boat ride with his sister and her family, little did he know fate was sending him an angel. Accepting an offer to go on the same boat ride, Lauren was just excited her son would get to hang out with his best friend and the friend's family that day. And so their paths crossed. Her son's best friend's uncle would end up stealing her heart, after making multiple attempts, and it was one of the best things to have happened to them. Resistant at first, Lauren quickly realized that David was the future she had been waiting for. After taking a trip to Maui together, they fell in love with the island and nearly eloped. Wanting, instead, to share this moment with their children and other loved ones, they waited until they could gather the troops and their dream of a Maui Wedding could come true. On a breathtaking beach, set before soft light, the emotions ran freely as the gorgeous California couple took the next step forward in to their new lives.
