Fun Vintage Carnival Wedding in California: Brit & Raymond

from the planner and stylist… “This Vintage Carnival Wedding is fun done right! My clients came to me asking for their wedding to be different – fun, a family atmosphere, and more of a party than a wedding. At our first meeting they told me that their first date was at Knott’s Berry Farm in Southern Callifornia. They LOVE games, food, music, strawberry festivals, going on rides and sharing a cotton candy is their favorite. The groom said, “It would be fun to have a carnival!”… and this Vintage Carnival themed wedding started to come to life! The venue was the perfect backdrop. The iconic Rancho Las Lomas boasts zebras, various types of exotic birds and even a white tiger named Lily, who are carefully cared for by an amazing wildlife foundation. Each guest was invited to stroll through the grounds enjoying the animals and lush trees that have been a part of this beautiful, family owned and operated ranch for over a hundred years.”

“What is a vintage carnival without a wood cutout of an old-fashioned “strongman and ballerina bride” photo op for everyone to take pictures in? There was a popcorn bar, game booths and even prizes! The tables we adorned with small gold ferris wheels and merry-go-round floral arrangements. The cake was like something out of a dream – full of pink ruffled rosettes, turquoise and gold chevron pattern and the prettiest sugar flowers you have ever seen! This sweet wedding definitely proves that you do not need to spend a crazy amount of money to have a wedding that is a perfect reflection of your own unique love story.”
