Filters: Yay or nay?

I looove this new trend in pastels especially with the color play on rose gold shades. But I’m having second thoughts on changing my style or color theme for both my IG and blog an even on FB.

It is rare that a travel or art blogger use this kinds of Filters for their photos. Normally, we want to share the natural colors as the are and not to set different kins of vibes to the viewers.

This is not my first time to try making post processes. Actually, I have an album on my Facebook which all of the photos are edited with a VSCO preset. I received more likes, positive comments, and some people even asked how I did it so they can do the same.

Seems like natural colors on photos are now getting old. Seems like adding filters means adding more attractions to the photo instead being attracted with the natural colors.

It’s honestly hard to decide whether to switch your style or not. I am more of “unedited” and “unfiltered” kind of girl, but what do I do? I noticed I need my photographs be edited in order to make it to the market, in order to sell it, in order to make people appreciate it more.

What do you think? Add filters, or keep the pictures as is?
