The Faerwear Daily - 2/1/08

Wow, how'd it get to be February already?

Time's flying, it amazes me that I left the east coast back in September. Anyway, today's featured item is my Japanese Lake earrings, which feature Biwa and freshwater pearls, beautiful apple green drops of chrysophrase, tiny bits of jade and something you don't see very often - real, faceted amber.

These earrings measure approximately 1.5" in length - all accents and ear wires are 14k gold-filled.

As for me I'm looking forward to a little bit of relaxing, something that's been in short supply lately. I've just cast on my first pair of socks, and I'm looking forward to seeing how these turn out. As all my jewelry supplies will finally be arriving from the east coast this weekend, it could be a while until they're finished.
