A Note to Our Sommelier Students

Dear Students,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some wonderful news about our Advanced Sommelier program.

As many of you know, over the past few years, we’ve seen an incredible interest in the program, especially after we began offering Master-level sommelier accreditation through the National Wine School. This, combined with the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, led to a situation where our classes were sold out years in advance.

I genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to address this. I’m pleased to announce that we’re now in a position to accommodate all our sommelier students.

Over the next four semesters, you can attend all the courses neccesary for your NWS Advanced Sommelier Pin!

From delving into the nuances of food and wine pairings in our Food & Wine Scholar program, understanding the art of teaching in our Wine Instructor Certification, exploring the intricacies of winemaking in our Advanced Winemaker Certification, to journeying through Italy’s wine regions in our Italian Wine Specialist course, the next year of Advanced sommelier programs is truly exciting!

Thank you for being a part of our community and for your continued passion for wine education. I look forward to seeing you in class soon.
