If you’ve read my reviews of previous vintages (here and here), then you know the deep respect I have for this storied winery. This is the last bottling of Contino by the legendary Jesús de Madrazo, and this is the perfect send-off to a storied career. One of the most perfect wines ever made in Rioja. I cannot recommend it enough. Its balance and power are breathtaking.
