The lavish comforts of a screaming bed
The widening constraints of a friendly banter.
The Ridden errands of a wall:
Break down as the earth shakes.
Blowing away in the tumultuous wind
A slight shriek blinds out the writhing skin.
In a shallow cottage by the brook
A riveting breath lays down the magnificent, brimming
stone of self-sufficiency.
A shivering drop lays down by the amber hue.
Of the fall;
Cautious, as it feels the life it is.
Hither tither, it flits about leaning in to the brook.
A whiff of the silver, it dreams to be
Sintering gold that yearns to thee.
Ridden by a daunting doppelganger,
A whinnying horse resonates through the smoky sea.
Spinning in a dizzying circle,
Lies a thread knitted by a gleaming stick of silvery metal.
Leading in through the blackened soot
The rhythm of the clockwork oxygen sighs.
For written in the marble are sintering inscriptions,
Of the yellowing future.
