An olive or none

Will make you burn.

I started as a human

Where did the vanity come,

Where did the humanity,

Just go away?

Fickle minded resonance,

Enraged pasts,

Is it enough to keep you insane ?

That I ask.

Bring me some hope,

In that I lack,

A surgency of positivity,

Alas, I’m in the dark.

There’s so much to growing up,

Yet I know nothing,

A quarter of a century,

Only ending in crisis.

Sometimes there’s a light,

Sometimes the darkness engulfs the road,

Sometimes there is a fight,

I fear I can’t take that load.

Renew, when shall we,

Am I the only being,

There’s a billion others

Grieving over what life could be.
