Is breakfast the most important meal of the day? Many researchers agree eating a Healthy Breakfast Everyday is very important! They found when people eat breakfast it helps them eat less calories when they snack and eat lunch. Because they eat less calories, it helps them stay fit. In addition, it helps students get higher IQ scores than their peers who skip breakfast. Most important, eating a healthy breakfast lowers risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and risk of other diseases.
