This Freedom thing is catchy. To the great annoyance of governments worldwide, humanity has this cockeyed idea that they "are, and of right ought to be, free" and just won't si'down, shut up and go away!
Take Wednesday morning for example. Something went "boom" at the Georgia Guidestones at 4:00 a.m. damaging one pillar and the capstone so badly, the authorities swiftly knocked all the pillars down. Can I get an, "Awwwww"? Just kidding! It was an evil loathsome monument. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
To make it even more interesting, Michael tells me the Guidestones fell on George W. Bush's 76th birthday. The Swahili/Hindi language pillar that Wikipedia claims was detonated fell straight down, exactly like the Twin Towers which as we all know, were felled by George W and his ilk via thermite. Wanna watch the Guidestones being demolished? Oh, c'mon! It'll be fun. No one was hurt. I haven't felt this excited about Freedom since the Canadian truckers hit the highways for Ottawa! Of course, the memes went crazy on Truth Social. |

Tamara Lich, Canadian Freedom Convoy Leader Re-Arrested
Y'know, this world talks long and loud about "strong female leaders" and then ignores Tamara Lich, a woman who moved an entire nation, nay, the entire globe. She's my hero...and not one feminazi tips their hat to her. Hypocrites!
Well, folks, she's back in jail. After receiving the prestigious George Jonas Freedom Award and delivering a powerful yet innocuous speech thoroughly vetted by her attorneys, who attended the ceremony with her, Tamara Lich was arrested in Medicine Hat, Alberta for allegedly violating the terms of her bail. My a$$! She was impeccable in following them.
Her arrest led Dave of Live from the Shed to deliver one of the most beautiful, impassioned yet peaceful monologues on Freedom I've ever heard. This man will give you goosebumps.

"Santa" (David Riddell) American Convoy Leader Arrested
On Wednesday morning at 4:30 a.m., the reincarnation of The People's Convoy, now known as the 1776 Restoration Movement, parked on the National Mall. They hung out. Fed the parking meters. Then police descended and arrested David "Santa" Riddell, who had segued into leadership of the Convoy when the original leaders vamoosed.
Personally, I don't know what to think of Santa. He's openly a member of the Proud Boys and has been heard to use unwise rhetoric the government could easily use against him. I even heard a rumor that bags of bear spray mysteriously showed up at the Convoy as they made their way back to DC after Riddell emerged as a leader. Idle gossip? Truth? I don't know.
Whatever the case, according to The Washington Post, "Maryland State Police charged Riddell, 57, a trucker from Ohio, with disorderly conduct, disobeying a lawful order from police, and willfully driving a vehicle at a slow speed 'impeding normal and reasonable traffic movement.'"

Netherlands Farmer Convoy
Notwithstanding the persecution of the Convoy leaders in Canada and the USA, the Netherlands farmers have "had it up to here" with their government's "Green" agenda that will severely limit ammonia (cow urine) thus destroying the livestock industry.
This isn't the Dutch farmers' first rodeo! They protested in 2019 when their government went to war with nitrogen. They did it again in February 2022, inspired by the Canadian Freedom Convoy. They gathered again last week and again this week! Dutch patriots just don't give up!
The Federalist's headline reports that, "Dutch Government Launches Canadian-Style Crackdown" but that's not quite accurate. If memory serves, Trudeau's goons never fired at the Canadian patriots whereas the Dutch government has already fired upon at least one farmer and his tractor.

Once upon a time, when I was sixteen, I made my first and last pathetic bid for the Freedom to make my own choices. My dad punched me in the face. To my shame, I never made another bid for Freedom. I didn't dare. Instead, I submissively waited another fifteen years for him to dole out my God-given Freedom, retract it, dole it out again. Crazy-making!
Maybe that's why all the Freedom marches and movements and convoys have hit me so hard this year. Governments are exactly like an abusive parent: The first time you show the merest inkling of independence, they hit you lest you ever dare try it again.
So we must dare. Over and over and over again. It's a battle of wills. The Evil Powers-that-Be have a Will of Iron fuelled by Terror. They're fighting for their lives. If they fail, they know they'll be prosecuted for their crimes and treason. They're behaving like terrified wild animals who sense the trap about to snap around them.
But Patriots also have Wills of Iron fueled, not by fear nor guilt, but by righteousness, love of God, our fellow man and Freedom. Samuel Adams said it best:
