Okay. I'm done. I've "had it up to here." The Mainstream Media and even the Conservative Media both keep misstating the main goal of The People's Convoy (TPC). Good grief, people! Figure this shit out! It ain't rocket science! Ottawa and Hagerstown have different goals!
Regardless of how many times co-leaders Brian Brase and Mike Landis simply and clearly state The People's Convoy's main goal, the MSM is willfully stupid and keeps accidentally-on-purpose getting it wrong.
So what's the Conservative Media's excuse? When they condescend to mention the Convoy at all, despite it being THE Freedom Event of the Century, they can't seem to unsnarl the goal of the Ottawa Freedom Convoy from the goal of the Hagerstown People's Convoy.
They're different.
Ottawa sought the end of the vaccine mandates.

The People's Convoy's website clearly states that they demand the end of "THE DECLARATION OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY CONCERNING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC" and restoration of "Our Nation’s Constitution."

After the Emergency Powers are ended, then we can talk about jab mandates and mask mandates and other nonsense but that is not the primary goal of The People's Convoy at this time. It may be the personal goal of individual convoy drivers but TPC has always been crystal clear and concise in their chief objective.
This confusion is a barricade keeping patriots from following their inclination to join the convoy. They see certain mandates ending and figure it's all over. Too late to join the Convoy. It's done. Fizzled. Kaput.

In fact, as a quiet "eff you" to the Convoy and American People, on February 18th, just five days before the Convoy embarked from Adelanto, Fake Biden quietly extended the C-19 plandemic national emergency, but this time, with no end date specified. As I understand it, this basically nullifies the Constitution. Kiss it goodbye.
How do ya like them apples, Patriots? I don't!
The Convoy needs you because convoys are a living, breathing thing. They're not static. Drivers convoy for awhile, go home to rest, pick up loads and earn money for their families and then return to Hagerstown to convoy again with new vigor. Fresh patriots are always needed to circulate in and out, giving tired convoyers an opportunity to go home, hug their families and sleep.
As Mike Landis is so fond of saying, "This is a marathon, not a sprint." The diplomatic method Brian and Mike honed over the past few years while advocating in Washington D. C. for truckers is working for the convoy now! To date, the Convoy has met with at least eleven Senators and Representatives and probably more. How many politicians did Ottawa meet with??? Maybe four at most.
The Canadian Freedom Convoy arrived in Ottawa on January 28th and on February 18th, Trudeau's Brown Shirts beat the shit out of them, viciously towed (and damaged) their trucks, froze their bank accounts, etc. It only took 21 days to expose Trudeau as a tyrant to the ongoing disgust and derision of the world. |
By contrast, our People's Convoy arrived in Hagerstown on March 4th...and twenty peaceful days later have met with eleven elected officials. There's been a few citations for horn blowing but no arrests, no beatings, no seizure of donations, no major upheaval of any kind to the best of my knowledge.
The US Convoy may not produce dramatic, emotional YouTube footage, but their method is working. Constant, unrelenting pressure on DC is working. The endless Beltway circling is working by reminding our public servants, "We're still here and we'll continue to stay here" until our politicians acknowledge that..say it with me now..."THEY WORK FOR US!" (Brian should really trademark that!)

Far from "fizzling," as the MSM loves to claim, The People's Convoy is only getting stronger, more cohesive, more well known. But that's where all patriots with social media accounts can help. The Convoy needs us to share pics, videos, the truth about the Convoy as far and wide as possible.
Like so many of us, the Convoy leaders have been censored, cancelled and come to hate social media but it's a necessary evil. If it weren't for Facebook, my articles about the Convoy would be lost to oblivion. Even Conservative news aggregators and NewsBreak app won't touch 'em. The Convoy needs a kick-ass PR team to flood social media. That's us, America! We the People are a massive PR team!
