What's the most challenging part of a marriage? Communication. My husband and I both speak English but in our ten years of marriage I've come to realize we use and define the same English words vastly differently.

That is exactly the disconnect the Free people and truckers of Canada are having in the uneasy marriage betwixt them and their government.

You think you're all using the same English or French languages in the same way. You aren't.

You think you and your government define the same words in the same way. You don't.

You think you, the Ottawa Police and RCMP all share and understand the same legal code. You don't.

Most heartbreaking of all, you think the Natural Law that God has written on all of our hearts,including the RCMP's hearts, is codified in the Laws of Canada. Because the common language and the legal language use the same words but define them differently, it isn't.

And it gets even worse.

Therein is the silent, frustrating disconnect between the Freedom Convoy and the "Authorities" that everyone feels but no one can quite put their finger on.

It's like one of those weird marital arguments where you suddenly realize that for the last half hour you and your spouse weren't arguing about the same thing at all, even though you were using the same words! Arrrgh!

The Freedom Convoy and those who seek to suppress them are engaged in a similar argument, seeming to argue about the same things (right to assemble, freedom, etc.) but actually you're engaged two different arguments, slipping obliquely past each other, even while using the same words.

This whole linguistic/legal problem was "discovered" by Wisconsinite, David Wynn Miller, under the saddest circumstances: the government ripped his children from him during his 1980s divorce, just as the government ripped my husband's three children from him when his cheating ex kicked him to the curb, making good on her longtime "jest" that, "I just need five kids, then I don't need you anymore."

Unable to fathom how a government could take his own flesh and blood from him, David Wynn Miller began his research. What he discovered made him such a liability to the Establishment and so annoying to the Canadian courts that he was banned from crossing into Canada in 2001 but what he discovered explains exactly why the Freedom Convoy is being illegally threatened, arrested and prosecuted for "crimes" they did not commit, harassed for embodying "we stand on guard for thee," while the police commit the crimes and violate the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

...in fact, I hate writing about this topic. So, I'm going to cheat, pop in a YouTube video and copy->paste from the article in which I explained this topic to my American readers on February 1st, 2021 in my article The Tale of Three Americas. An article punctuated by videos that, apparently, were so dangerous to the Establishment that YouTube destroyed them all. I was very surprised to find one of them again today.

Like America, there are three Canadas.

The first is the one you intuitively feel in your heart. Laid-back peace-loving people. Patriotism. Hockey. Maple syrup. Poutine. O Canada. And now bouncy castles! This is the Canada you cherish and think you live in, the Canada of the Freedom Convoy.

The second Canada is not O Canada at all but rather a cold, soulless corporation. I assume you're a corporation and not legally a sovereign nation just as America sold her soul for money and became a corporation in the 1800s.

The third Canada is the Canada of maritime law. The law under which you were "delivered" (yes, like a shipping container from China) through the water (amniotic fluid) and delivered by a doctor (docked) at the time of your birth (or rather, berth) whereupon, according to your Birth/Berth Certificate you were presumed to be born dead. RIP.

Instead,  a strawman in your name but ALL CAPS was created via your Birth/Berth Certificate. If Canada operates anything like Britain and the USA, the strawman in your name is traded on the stock market and used for collateral should the Corporation of Canada need a loan. But being a strawman, it has no rights, no freedoms. Nuthin'.

Meanwhile, the meat suit you're running around in (lowercase) was presumed dead at the time of your birth/berth and therefore has no rights nor freedoms either. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms is just a lovely bit of light reading but doesn't do a damn thing for you.

This is how I feebly explained it in 2021 to America:

Most importantly, and Trudeau said it again and again when he claimed Dictatorial powers, the non-strawman, lowercase meat suit must never cause any form of loss.

That is what the Freedom Convoys should add to their list of Demands. It would actually get to the heart, the crux, of our struggle for Freedom. They should demand that, oh, I dunno...ask a lawyer! But I assume that maritime law be banished from dry land. That all Canadians be legally declared to be living, breathing sovereign human beings (lowercase) to whom the Charter of Rights and Freedoms actually does apply and the strawmen be abolished.

But like I said, I'm no lawyer and I hate the unjust, unGodly topic of maritime law with such a passion I haven't researched it as much as I should. It upsets me too much so I urge you to be a Berean and do your own research. Just don't bother with Wikipedia. Like all other truths, Wikipedia has "completely debunked" this topic as well.

Luckily, I was very surprised to actually find the video from 2021 YouTube had previous censored. I know it may seem a little weird and I barely understand it but at least watch the explanation of the birth/berth thing from 1:39-4:25. It's brilliant and clarifies why your government (and Britain!) behaves so unjustly and gets away with it.
