3 hours of hard work

Today,it's no bingeing and purging day,basically just to revive my digestive system and gag reflex,from the hard days...

Urgh!The feeling of no eating is crappy,but I'm happy to stop myself from the temptations,though not really the desire to eat,but the constant battle with hunger really.I guess I'm in a fasting mood with the Muslims.

Also,I've down 5 laxative pills and felt horribly bloated and fat!No binge was really hard for me,which means I've to "eat normal" today,my meals consist of half cups of almonds and 5packets of raisins—literally. -.-


Well,today I went to the supermarket after cca to buy groceries for my three recipes I'm gonna make today...And spent 3 hours working on my 3 recipes,haha!i felt so proud of my work today.
I'm learning to cook vegetarian Pastry filling,and here is what I've accomplished so far...
The filling consists of chopped carrots, yam, onions, shitake and enoki mushrooms with organic mushroom seasoning + pepper spices.

Later, turning them into dumplings, mom made the three beautiful dumplings while I made those rolled up ones.
I have not tried the Fillings yet, though I'm not supposed to. My mom however tried it and compliment me for my new creation! She even recommended my grandma to try,both of them were of satisfied!Im so excited!Its like my first attempt in cooking such things and actually have someone to praise my hardwork!For once I feel so Smart + proud of myself:) I've never thought of it,that the combination of the fillings are that delicious.Hmm, definetly going to include that in my binge tomorrow.

Next is my veggie pot,
All my ingredients were laid on the counter before cooking,just a snap shot of what I've spent today,$35 Can't believe its less than $50!

Of course,as I'm still a novice,I Bought the puff pastry from the market instead of the flour..May be a little unhealthy pastry due to the margarines and all that.Yuxk. >

Lastly,my vegetarian quiche:)
The pastry was little as I didn't add that much to it,but the smell was fulfilling and the tofu+milk dressing definitely make a perfect duo!
Spinach,carrots,asparagus,enoki mushrooms...


I'm a spinach and mushroom freak!? Since when I developed the habit if eating or having mushrooms in my recipes?

And just want to include in my diary that I've apologized to my mother for hitting her yesterday with thermal flask,it hurts,and I've reflected on it all morning(daydreaming in class),that I shouldn't have done that,with regardless on whether I'm agitated or frustrated.Im just afraid that my mom may go crazy one day because of worrying about my health and everything.Therefore,to further show my sincerity towards my apology,I bought her a american ginseng herbal shacet,just for her to rebuild her immune system and beauty...My next achievement will be buying shark fins soup for her,although it just feels not right to be touching and buying meat products,I felt that its a necessary thing to love my mother and to show her that I care for her.Ive also bought herbal tea for dad as he's experiencing back aches these days.

Today is a fine day,apart from the bloating,feeling sluggish and tiredness,I've definitely learnt and accomplished something today!Whether its big or small.Not so sure if ill have the same feeling tomorrow,but as for now, I'm waiting for the pastry buns in the oven.

This was the end result of my veggie bun! Smells so nice that one could resist temptation.
Gave 2 to mom and grandma,dad joined in the crowd by munching endlessly on the left over fillings wrap with bread.
