Sometimes we hurt the people we Love, and sometimes the people we Love hurt us. One person’s pain can be another person’s liberation. How many people have we hurt or injured in pursuit of our happiness but more importantly, how many people have we let stand in our way of the happiness we all deserve. I learned the hard way if you choose to love someone or something without first loving yourself, you are only setting yourself up for failure. Mainly because you can’t control other peoples action and reaction you can only control yours. People will often surprise you.. if you allow them to but sadly people will also disappoint you if you allow them. We are human, we make mistakes even when we have the best intentions but the principle I choose to live with is the principle of balance.

 Grow your life; every aspect of it, as if you were growing a garden. Every different fruit and vegetables is its own aspect of your life. The three major groups being Mind, Body, and Soul. Let your faith be the water. I’m not here to judge, what you decide to grow in your garden is your garden but if we can understand that our gardens will never be the same garden. What i choose to grow in my life is a reflection of me. Imperfect me, and I never want to stop growing. There will be months and months where nothing sprouts from ground but you have to remember that growth is a process and the only time garden ceases to live is when you stop watering it. 

Note to Self: Keep going, there has been pain which is why this pleasure feels so sweet. I wanted a couple people right here next to me but I couldn’t keep them close. I Hurt a few more than I like to admit, but I doubt my apologies would make a difference. The truth is I wanted to build my life but I was naive to believe that everyone would understand it or at the very least accept it.

 ” Tell them I grind, tell them I hustle, but most importantly.. tell them I struggle”
