Self-forgiveness, seventy times seven, is important as forgiving others. Self-forgiveness is empowering every single time we stumble and defeats those pesky coulda, woulda and shoulda thoughts from replaying. Self-forgiveness is a choice.

The power of self-forgiveness is liberating. Seventy times seven is a lifetime to be …..f r e e… from mistakes and/or ______________ (fill in the blank).
   
God’s mercy and grace is self-forgiveness anchor. Praise The Lord for his mercy and his grace.

The upside of self-forgiveness:

Self-talk becomes uplifting
Empowered to let go
Looks beyond imperfections
Faith to move on

Flexibility in new choices
Okay, life goes on
Respect self is important
Grounded in love
Insightful to another perspective
Vital to letting go
Encourage to try again
Necessary to replace replays
Effective in maturity
Self-esteem grows
Selecting to move forward
