Wisdom is a gift from God to those who earnestly seek it.

Wisdom is learned through God and his Word, the source of knowledge and understanding.

We cannot create wisdom by our own efforts.

Verse 1

My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
