Some students hate to get an F, who doesn't? However, I believe it is just a matter of perspective. If one is doing well and one has constantly Received an A or A-plus ranking, such a happening often leads to two things: 1. The person gets bored and 2. That person will most likely feel so conceited, he won't exert as much effort as used to, assuming that whatever he does will always yield a favorable mark.

Getting an, F could make a person doubt himself and it could also cause him to deny the presence of a problem.  For me, getting a low-grade is a form of a wake-up call. It gives me a chance to reassess myself and honestly reexamine if I have been doing my work with passion.

Yesterday, I got an F! It was the lowest rank I have received and although I felt extremely bad about it, I will not allow it to ruin me. All this means after all is that I need to study better and move on!
