I am not a fan of freshies or perfumes that smells light and fresh., that being said it should not be taken as I hate it. There are fragrances of this type that I actually appreciate, one of which is Light Blue Pour Homme, by Dolce & Gabanna.

Light Blue, was launched in 2007, but it only became a part of my collection in 2015. I got a very good deal from a friend in the fragrance community which included this and another fragrance which is Le Male by Jean Paul Gaultier. This one is another blind buy since I have no idea what this smells like before I purchased it. Nonetheless, I do not feel sorry about my action.

This perfume is marketed for men and is in an Eau de Toilette concentration. The first version or I guess the original fragrance was marketed for women with the same name of course. Owing to the success of the sales they made this one for men.

Light Blue smells not the ocean or the sea. The concept of the name comes from this fragrance giving off a casual easy going-vibe. It makes you feel like walking in a cloudless day with clear blue skies, with nothing bothering your mind, as if you are just out to walk and enjoy yourself in a clear summer day. Citrus notes that I get for this is Bergamot and it is sweetened by Grapefruit. There is a woody element to this fragrance as well as incense, which gives this fragrance character.

This fragrance is very safe and I would consider this a crowd-safe. You can go heavy on the trigger and you won't have to worry about offending other people or suffocating anyone even if you find yourself in close quarters. Like a friend of mine said, the more you spray this on the better you smell. Longevity of this fragrance is about 6 to 7 hours max projection is average but nothing too strong.
