Yesterday was Mother's Day so I got caught up with the celebration and I wasn't able to post anything. Anyway, today I'll be sharing with you a gourmand fragrance for men. Some people say I love too many fragrances for women - that's true. But that doesn't mean I do not enjoy scents that are marketed for men.

A Men or Angel for Men is from the house of Thierry Mugler. This was the intended counterpart of the famous Angel for women. Now, if you have been reading my previous post or if you are a fragrance enthusiast you would probably be aware that Angel is a very strong perfume. Reviews online will also tell you that this version or A Men is also a strong one. Yes it is true but do not let that scare you.

What I have found out about A Men and Angel is that you have to give it a little time to develop and so patience is required. At first spray A Men will give a punch to the face of something milky but sour encased in something sweet.  After 15 or 20 minutes this olfactory punch mellows down though still strong into a sweet but dark chocolate aroma. And stays that way for the duration of the fragrance.

As I have mentioned this will be sweet but not girly, candy-like sweetness. Since it is dark chocolate there is that sweetness but it is balanced with the bitterness of cacao. So if you are a man and you are worried about your "manly" image, don't be afraid to try this one.
