3. Create weekend and weekday schedules.
4. Curb alcohol intake and stop doing weird sht when drunk.
5. Go to all booked counselling sessions (Jesssssaaassss Rie!!)
6. Say "YES" to everything for a week MONTHLY
7. Say "NO" to everything you don't like doing for a week MONTHLY
8. Swim/yoga/run/walk at least twice a week.
9. Curb caffeine intake. Explore decaf options for morning survival. This should be fun.
10. Meditate at least thrice a week and go to the meditation center weekly.
11. Create a happy, sad and hopeful playlist
12. Go on impulsive roadtrips every month.
13. Delete things on your phone.
14. Throw away apartment stuff.
15. Bangkok-cleansing.
16. Be off meds again! This is gonna be great!
