How to Beat the January Blues

Dreary, damp and cold weather coupled with lack of sleep, post-Christmas gluttony and too much booze can often leave us feeling as though we weigh about a tonne and resemble a washed-up whale.

The first couple of weeks back at work after the Christmas period can be so depressing, can’t it? And, boy, are we feeling it here at I Just Love It Towers after the excitement of the festive season. The Christmassy treats have been eaten, the weather’s pants and we’re strapped for cash after the present-buying frenzy. Boohoo.

However, we refuse to let this month bring us down and we want to pass on our learnings to help you beat the gloom this January, too.
