Resilitex® is a unique cushioning material that outperforms latex. By providing superior consistency, Resilitex® reduces pressure and enhances comfort. Resilitex® is also packed with other features: it is flame retardant, nonallergenic and does not have the unpleasant odor of latex, enhancing the value of bedding to consumers.

PillowFlex® is both softer than other premium foams and more durable than the highest-quality fiber. Quiltflex® replaces fiberfills used in the top layers of mattresses. Fiber tends to mat down under a person's body weight, reducing comfort and support. With its unique engineering, Quiltflex® virtually eliminates these impressions, as well as the bunching, breakdown and uneven distribution typical of fiber, allowing for more restorative sleep.

Bedding Topper Pads
Utilizing state-of-the art precision cutting equipment, Foamex offers a complete range of compressed roll products for quilting applications in a variety of widths, thicknesses, densities and firmness. The average range for bedding topper pads: 1.0 to 1.8 lbs./cu. ft.

Compressed Rolls
Foamex offers a complete range of compressed roll products in a variety of widths, thicknesses, densities and firmness for quilting applications. The typical density range for Foamex compressed roll products is .9 to 1.8 lbs./cu. ft.

Uncompressed Rolls
Foamex also manufactures a complete range of uncompressed rolls, principally for furniture trim parts applications.
Convolute Foam Products

Foamex is the leader in supplying polyurethane products to the bedding industry, working closely with industry research and development teams to deliver exact convolute specifications and comfort requirements. Products include “zone convoluted products” for maximum comfort. Manufacturing capabilities include the ability to vary product density and firmness as well as the specifications of the “peaks” and “valleys” in the convolute. Density range for convolute products: Minimum 1.2 to 1.8 lbs./cu. ft.

High Resilient (HR) Foam Products

Foamex manufacturing capabilities include high resilient (HR) foam products, minimum 1.8 lbs./cu. ft, that provide enhanced comfort and support, typically for furniture seat cushion applications.

Insulator Pads

Generally used in bedding applications, insulator pads are available in a variety of weights from 1.0 to 3.0 ozs. Foamex offers a range of thickness and firmness specifications to provide optimal comfort and support.

Viscoelastic Foam Products

Foamex viscoelastic foam products are slow-recovery foams with special shape conforming properties that provide pressure point relief to virtually any bedding product.
