Oh, to take that Nap…

I’ll be turning double nickles in July and I really enjoy taking naps when I can find the time and it seems to be occurring more often. Sometimes I feel great and refreshed moments or half an hour later. And then sometimes feeling grumpy and feel it was not any help at all. Feeling worse than when I first decided to take a nap. I am blessed that I can take a nap in a car, on a plane, on a couch-would love to take a quick nap standing up..lol, however, sometimes it can turn into a sleep which could be good or sometimes bad. Could I train myself to taking a ten minute, twenty minute or a thirty minute nap? Now that would be a challenge, but it seems to be the best.
