This has been a trying week for me. I try very hard to be optimistic in life, and always look at the silver lining, but this week, I needed some more encouragement than usual. I have felt upset and riddled with anxiety (which isn't really me)... just all around 'off' and it has made it hard for me to focus on what needs to be done. But, you know what? I have found some pretty amazing quotes that have me looking on the brighter side and help me to keep chugging along! I've always been such a quotes person. When I was in middle school, there was this website called firehotquotes.com (it's not the same website now)... did anyone else ever visit the site?!
The website was just a black background with times new roman font in a rainbow of colors and it was a list of quotes that went on for pages. I used to write them everywhere and post them in my AIM bio (laughing at myself as I type this).
I guess now, the 2018 version is Pinterest. That is where I find all of my favorite quotes. I have a whole board dedicated to the words that inspire me and lift me up. I thought I'd share some that I have been loving recently. Hopefully, you find some of them inspiring, too!
