Day 37: The undead were just as abundant today as they were yesterday. Therefore, Thomas and I decided to sit tight for another day. We really low on food, so we are going to have to do something tomorrow. With two people, it should be a little easier, though. We did talk a little more today and got into a Discussion about where the zombies came from. He thinks it was some Virus that the government created. Some how it escaped and spead throughout the world. Before the government could stop it, most of the country was infected. If thats the case, it couldn't have been an airborn virus because there are still some survivors out there like us. It could have a been another country that attacked us and unleashed it upon us. If thats what happened, how come none of our allies have helped us. I have not seen a single helicopter or plane since the outbreak. Unless it spread so quickly and managed to infect the rest of the world. Neither of us has not heard if the rest of the world is infected or not. We are both just assuming it is. We did bring up the whole religious explaination and that its God punishing the world. I don't really know what started it all. I don't think it being a virus made by the government is all that far-fetched. Thomas said he remembers hearing about the Nazis trying to reanimate the dead during World War II. I don't know if that is true or not, but I wouldn't put it past them. They would have done anything to win the war. I doubt we will find out what really caused it all. Right now I'm focused on just surviving and maybe seeing some kind of civilization forming again.
