If you’re looking for a traditional Christmas makeup look, this is the post for you. Red lips are classic and never go out of style. I hear a lot of people around me say they feel intimidated by red lip color, but you can never go wrong with a blue, cool-toned shade of red. Patrick Woo Lipglass from the new MAC x PatrickStarrr Collection has blue undertones and it will suit every single skin color. There are two red lip products in the collection: Patrick Woo Lipstick and Patrick Woo Lipglass. The lipstick is a bit more yellow-toned versus the gloss, but has a really elegant matte finish to it. I applied the gloss over top of the lipstick because if there was ever a time to be extra, it’s for the holiday season, right?

The Patrick Woo Lipglass just adds that glossy, blue-toned finish that will make your teeth and smile look whiter and brighter. The lipglass itself is pigmented enough to be opaque when worn by itself.

This is one of my favorite eye looks to pair with bright red lips! I use a matte medium brown in the crease and along my lower lashes. I will usually use a matte or satin beige for the eyelid, but since it’s a Christmas look, I went with a shimmering champagne color. I added flesh-toned liner to my lower water-line to open up the entire eye and then cut a super sharp cat-eye flick with eyeliner. I used my Huda Beauty Smokey Obsessions Palette for this eye makeup.

Deserving of two very big thumbs up as well is the Patrickstarrr Set Powder from this collection. Not only is the packaging luxurious, but the loose powder is finely milled and looks completely invisible once applied. It leaves behind a matte finish and I adore everything about it.
