Typical Irish,A bit of snow and the place shuts down for a week...Why?Because there's no bloody salt!Its the humanitarian crisis of our times folks,Forget famine in Africa,Ireland has no salt!

It's just another example of how poorly our country is being ran,No leadership just a culture of passing on the problem to the next lad.This lack of direction in Government is being mirrored in county councils at the minute through the lack of salt,warning signs and Gardai out on the roads.

Why didn't the Government order shipments of salt to be delivered to our ports within a few days?Why did they not hire extra salt lorries that are made here for the market in Britain?

This Irish attitude of 'Ah sure t’will be grand' needs to change,Starting at the top!
