2 tablespoons of ghee

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of the seven spices

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

salt

1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom

vegetable oil

1/4 of an onion

400 grams minced lamb

salt

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

3 cups of long grain basmati rice

Ghee

1 stick of cinnamon

granules of cardamom

1 liter of chicken broth

For decoration
