Ingredients:
– Unfiltered olive oil
– Pork Sirloin Tri Tip
– Organic Cauliflower
– RealSalt
– Steak & Chop Grill & Broil (Spice Hunter)
Preparation (cauliflower):
1. Place a steam pot filled with pure water onto the stove top
2. Set on high and allow the water to come to a boil
3. Cut the cauliflower into large chunks
4. Reduce the heat to medium and place the cauliflower into the steam pot
5. Steam for 10 minutes and transfer onto a plate
Preparation (pork):
1. Slice the pork
2. Pour a little olive oil into a sauteing pan and set the heat at medium
3. Place the pork pieces into the pan and saute each side for 3 or more minutes (always make sure that pork is cooked through)
4. Turn off the stove
5. Sprinkle the pork with the Steak & Chop Grill & Broil seasoning and move the pan in circular motion so as to allow for the seasoning to get soaked and the flavors to merge
6. Add the pork to the plate and finish with a pinch of salt
