Benefits of Pumpkin in Skin Care
Pumpkin is made up of alpha hydroxy acids (similar to glycolic acid and lactic acid) — which exfoliate Skin and keep it glowing. Pumpkin also contains beta-carotene, a vitamin A-derivative that decreases wrinkles, helps minimize brown spots and can help reverse UV damage. Zinc, which is beneficial for healing skin and preventing acne, is also found in pumpkin.
