Can you believe it’s almost August? I certainly can’t! I want to soak in Summer forever! But it doesn’t make sense to splurge on anything with only a little over a month left of the season. That’s why my most recent summer purchases have been affordable summer accessories.

How I wore the trend
You’ll find me in a camisole and jeans at least once a week during summer months. The other night, for Taco Tuesday, I decided to add a pop of color to my neutral outfit with my watermelon clutch and a coordinating bright red lip.
Speaking of camisoles, I was really happy with this recent purchase. I had J. Crew’s old silk camis in just about every color. But they were starting to show years of wear. I was super bummed to learn they were discontinued. But I decided to give their new v-neck camisoles a try. Even though I liked the old fabric better, I prefer the adjustable straps on the new cami.
