God deeply cares for you and all your struggles.
God is faithful to care for you at all times, even in great difficulty.
God is listening and feeling the cries of His children. He promised never to leave you alone.

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; II Corinthians 10:5
Truth-filled lyrics can remind you of God’s love and mercy.
Truth-filled music will strengthen your faith as you hear Bible truth through the song
Truth-filled music will help you shift from thinking of yourself and your problems to the great God you serve and worship
Express gratitude to God and others.
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on thee: Because he trusteth in thee. Isaiah 26:3
Gratitude is the antidote for negative emotions, bitterness, anger, and resentment.
Gratitude turns my heart from self-pity to thankfulness. It causes me to focus on blessings and goodness.
Gratitude shifts my focus from problems to praise and blessings.
Expressing gratitude encourages me to look for evidence of God’s grace and goodness in my life.
Trust that God is at work in your life.
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. James 1:2
Trusting God helps me see that God will have a greater purpose and plan even for my difficulties.
Knowing God will work it all together for good gives me the strength and encouragement to carry on.
Trust lets me find joy, peace, and comfort in the middle of the storm because I know that God is present and actively involved in my life.
Intentionally praise the Lord.
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings as eagles; They shall run, and not be weary; And they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
Understand that grumbling and complaining are like praising the devil. Do not magnify Satan. Do magnify the Lord Jesus
Praising God reminds me of His power and that I can trust Him. It acknowledges God working in my life.
Praising God brings me back to my faith and trust in an All Powerful God who works in my life.
Praising makes me think of God’s goodness, faithfulness, and blessings.
