  3. Write in your journal: Do you need a moment of calm and reflection before going to bed? Then you should consider keeping a journal. Whether you want to express gratitude or manifest good things, journaling is an excellent way to relax and go to bed with a sense of clarity.
  4. Watch or listen to ASMR on YouTube: ASMR videos are the perfect ally to help you relax at bedtime. The soft and gentle sounds that YouTubers make not only will calm you down, but they will also induce sleep effectively.
  5. Use aromatherapy: Aromatherapy is another excellent way to relax at night. Engaging in this practice can relax your muscles and calm your nervous system, helping you get ready to go to bed.
  6. Listen to sleep sounds: Listening to sleep sounds before going to bed is always a good idea.
