The Rise And Fall: Respect Destiny!

As a Recruiter, first as an employee of one of the largest Executive Search organizations in India way back in 1996 to 2000, and then as the Founder of the most popular Recruitment Firm in Delhi, I had watched from close the rise and Fall of many professionals Iike me.

They thrived beyond their expectations, controlled their empire with an iron hand, and eventually fell like the Roman emperors.

I had observed from the close proximity: Their success in the prime time of their career, and down-fall over the period of decades.

Most of them, while ruling over their own tiny empire, never realized that a day will come without fail when they would have no option but to fade into oblivion.

It's like living a great life without understanding the eternal truth that one day we have no other option but to die.

I too had walked the same path. I too thought the same way. I too believed that success is eternal up until death.

I was wrong; so were those Corporate leaders.

I too became arrogant; I too became self-obsessed; I too thought that I was invincible, like those Corporate Leaders.

How wrong I was and how wrong they were. We never realized that everything happening in our life is temporary.

My suggestion to the uprising leaders in Corporate India is very simple: Understand and realize right from the beginning of your journey, climbing up the ladder to the top of the Corporate Excellence, that, one day you will fall and fall hard.

Body, Mind, Emotion and Soul - isn't that what Spritual Gurus teach you to understand?

Yes, I agree. However, there another important dimension of life that we must have under control: Relationships!

Never, ever, ignore your relationships at any level of life when you start climbing the ladder of success.

Sooner or later, when you fall, that, in any case will happen, without fail, as that's the law of nature, even if you have taken all protection to avoid it, but, in vein, you will need the support of those relations again.

You are not the creator of your Destiny. Destiny is the creator of what you are today. Stop being egoistic and surrender to the power of the Laws of Nature.

May be, over a period of time, spirituality will find you and make you understand the reality of life in totality.

Be humble, in public atleast. Hide your in-built duplicity. Respect others during interactions. Play the Corporate games, when necessary. Never hurt anyone with your spoken and written words. Maintain the relationships at all levels of life.

Finally, at some point in time in our life, we have no other options but to agree to and live with the  'Verdict of Destiny!'

I don't write quick-fix motivational posts to make you feel temporarily good. What had happened in someone else's life has nothing to do with your own life.

Your life is unique, and you must live it that way. Stop reading time-pass motivational posts and start unleashing stupendous actions on everything that matters for making your life better than now.
