2.challange your thoughts
When you catch yourself overthinking, ask yourself if yout thoughts are helpful or harmfull, see if same thoughts are coming again and again just spending the energy of your brain and having no positive out come. Are they based on reality or just you assumtion of the situation because every person see the situation in a different way thats why every one reacts diffrently for example one person see just the reaction of people and other see the situation behind it, if your boss yelled at you there must be some tension behind it possibly you didn't do anything wrong.Try to challenge yout thought and ask it the evidence behind it that can support it,try to make different interpretation of same situation and stick if find some positive one

3.Practice mindfullness
this the world of distracions and most of the time we are distracted from the present moment, minfullness mean to live in the present situation if you are a overthinker most probably yout attention span would be very low try to get your self in the present situationa again and again get youtself detached of yout thoughts and attached to the ground situation
ake action.

4.Sometimes overthinking can be a way of avoiding action. If you’re constantly analyzing a decision or situation but not doing anything about it, you might be stuck in a cycle of inaction. Take a step forward, even if it’s small. It can help break the cycle of overthinking.

5.Get out of your head.
When you’re overthinking, it can be hard to see things from a different perspective. Try getting out of your own head by talking to a friend, doing something creative, or getting some exercise. Sometimes a change of scenery or a different activity can help you break free from your thoughts.

Overthinking can be a tough habit to break, but with practice and patience, it’s possible. Remember to be kind to yourself and celebrate small victories along the way. With these tips, you can start living more fully in the present moment and stop overthinking.
