Indulge your sweet tooth with this decadent and easy-to-make chocolate dessert: cognac banana truffle. The best part? You don't need to bake or use flour, and the cost is only $2!

To start, you'll need to prepare a glucose syrup by combining 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens. Set aside.

Next, melt a bar of chocolate in a water bath. In a separate saucepan, heat 180g of cream over low heat. Add the glucose syrup and stir until the mixture slightly thickens.

Using a mixer, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Add the melted chocolate, 20g of butter, 1 mashed banana, and 15g of cognac. Mix until well combined.

Take a cake tin and place cookies on the bottom. Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the cookies.

Place the tin in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow the dessert to solidify.

For the glaze, combine 20g of butter, 50ml of milk, and another bar of chocolate in a water bath. Stir until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.

Pour the glaze onto the solidified dessert and place it back in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

And there you have it! The most delicate cognac-banana mousse that your loved ones will adore. Bon appetit!
